AUL Praises Florida House for Passing Three Pro-Life Bills, Urges Senate to Follow
WASHINGTON, D.C. (04-18-13) –Americans United for Life President and CEO Dr. Charmaine Yoest praised the Florida House for passing three pro-life bills over the past two days. These bills would prohibit sex-selection abortions, protect the rights of parents whose unborn children are killed through instances of criminal violence, and require medical care for infants born alive during botched abortions. In the Shadow of Gosnell Horrors, Abortion Advocates Continue to Lobby Against Clinic Regulations in Virginia
Last Friday, Planned Parenthood and other abortion advocacy groups were in Richmond, Virginia lobbying against health and safety regulations for abortion clinics being considered (and now passed) by the Virginia Board of Health. The statements and behavior of the regulation’s opponents prove that they are, in fact, the antithesis of the “women’s advocates” they claim to be. Instead, Planned Parenthood and its allies sought to have the Board prioritize profits and autonomy for the abortion industry over the lives and safety of women.

Arkansas’ New Law Protects Young Girls from Sexual Exploitation
